I have a 3g 30GB Ipod that is starting to go (the screen flickers, it freezes, etc.) and I also have the COMPUSA TAP (technology assurance program)
Which vows to either replace my model (new) or give me an equivalent newer model (same price) or the credit for the original purchase price. ($399, I think, maybe $499? dont remember)
Anyway, what I am wondering is what is the test to see if the ipod is functional? Mine still plays music, but there are problems with the screen, battery, etc... Will that fly?
ALso, how have people done with getting full credit or the today's equivalent (in dollar terms) ipod (which now would be the 4g 40gb model)
Anyway, any input is appreciated.
Thanks
