Delays for DX10 and Vista?

I think Quake Wars being delayed untill 2007 and "when it's done" is because they are waiting for whatever DX10 will provide with vista and the big round of upgrades that will be done and thus the games people will want to play on their shiney new vista systems.

Either that or they dont want to compete with Crysis and UT2007 I'm annoyed though becuase I swear I heard it would be out in 3/2006 last year

Good thing Quake Wars isn't trying to compete with either.

But that release date brings it closer to those games, I'm kinda confused. :?
