Delayed wake up from sleep

Hi have an hP Envy 14 Spectre (Sandy Bridge, 4GB, 128GB) and occasionally it takes around 10 seconds instead of the usual 3 seconds to wake from sleep. It will always wake immediately from sleep within 1 hr or so of going to sleep, but beyond that, it takes 10 secs or so (and will only wake up by pressing the power button, not any key as when it awakes from sleep quickly0. It is not rebooting, just taking that long to come back to the state it was at before sleeping. I have checked all power plan and device manager settings to make sure nothing was causing devices to shut down to conserve power and have disabled hibernation.

Any thoughts would be appreciated
