Delay between Audio + Video

I am wondering what I have done wrong here, After converting a .flv file to .avi there is a short delay between audio + visual watching the video back in It's new format. Perhaps I have the wrong settings selected in Super? As you can probably tell I am new to this so any help appreciated 🙂
