This had smear written all over it. This guy apparently indicted a senator 6 days before an election. An obvious ploy to turn the election.

Ill await the final decision by the grand jury. But this doesnt surprise me.

 
No, Tommy-boy probably won't be indicted this go-round. OTOH, his close associates undoubtedly value their own hides more than his, so we'll see what happens down the road, also with abramoff and scanlon. Betcha there isn't a G Gordon Liddy in the bunch... they'll roll like marbles.

I suspect DeLay is pretty much snake-bit... just waiting for the end...
 
If it was me, even if it was proven he'd personally poisoned Mother Theresa, I'd keep him around just to piss you guys off.
