This guy is just a whining idiot. He hates Delaware, because he see's Delaware as looking out for it's own best interests.

Well, duh. That's what the individual states are SUPPOSED to do.

His whole mindset is exposed by this little gem:

Delaware also utilizes its appallingly lax regulation of banks and corporations to enrich itself while undermining its neighbors. Indeed, Delaware's image as small and inoffensive is not merely a misconception but a purposeful guise. It presents itself as a plucky underdog peopled by a benevolent, public-spirited, entrepreneurial citizenry. In truth, it is a rapacious parasite state with a long history of disloyalty and avarice.

Oh golly gee! I hate Delaware because Delaware treats it's citizens better than my state treats it's citizens, therefore they have an "unfair advantage!"

This is the same pathetic argument the Euros used against the US. They claimed that because we tax our businesses less than they do, we have an "unfair advantage." Boo fscking hoo. Lower your confiscatory taxes and you too can prosper.

Instead of lobbying his own state(s) to ease regulations, he'd rather Delaware oppress it's businesses to appease his sense of "fair play."

Next we'll hear this whining piece of crap tell us all football players should have their legs cut off so legless players can compete.
