Deja Vu, Does it mean anything?

Over the past few days I have had several "deja vu" instances. You guys ever had that? Ever put any meaning to it? I have had a lot of big life changes in the last few days as well. Coincidenk?

once again, you cant commit seppuku on someone else, its a ritual suicide by shoving a knife in your stomach, usually followed by someone chopping off your head so it doesnt hurt so much...
