Degree Suggestions?

I am going back to community college this January and am trying to decide which degree I should go for. When I quit I was going for this one:

Network Administration And Support AAS

Is it worth my time now that Net Admin jobs seem to be almost non-existent nowadays? I had orginally planned taking the CCNA route but others have suggested that I go the Microsoft route since it dominates the world right now.

The other two that I was eyeing are these:

Unix AAS
Software Programmer/Developer

I'm not sure if Unix is worth it since there seems to an abudance of UNIX poeple out there since the .com crash and I would have no experience when applying. Is it still widely used?

Im more geared towards hardware than software but if theres more of a chance being hired as a programmer than a net guy then I would probably go for it.

I will jump to a 4 year university afterwards and have to do this all over again because I know there isn't a bachelors for Net Admin. Maybe a AAS in Net Admin with Computer Science or Engineering for bachelors?

Too many decisions to make in a fast changing industry.
