Degaussing a hp 2335 monitor

What do I need to do to degauss my 23" hp 2335 LCD monitor?

LCD monitors don't need degaussing!!!

There is nothing to degauss since lcd do not use magnetism to steer electrons

Having read all the above correct statements, it begs a question. What is wrong or why do you think your monitor needs de-magnetizing (what degaussing is all about.)?
