Defragging a Striped Array in Win2K

Is it safe to use the built-in Win2K defrag on a striped array attached to FastTrak66 card in Win2K? Does it make any sense and provide benefits comparable to defragging a single drive?

I have the exact setup except that mine is RAID 0+1. No worries, defrag that sucker.
