Defrag with RAID?

Can anyone tell me if defragging your system when you have raid setup
on win2k is a good idea or not??

I tried once but I got some errors after it finished defragging.
The blue screen of death.
so I reset bios and that seemed to do the job.

Should be same as non-raid, especially with a hardware raid controller (defragger doesn't know raid exists)
