Defrag or not

Is it worth cloning a 10 month old win 7 ssd install to a spindle hd to run defrag before moving it to a larger new ssd.
I do not want to do a correct clean install do to the added programs and updates total size is 25GB.
 
As long as you confine the defrag to the HDD, it should not be a problem. I would do exactly what you propose to do. You might also want to run CCleaner as well.
