Defrag no longer work in XP/SP2

Well, it was working fine until today so SP2 is not the problem, my guess is the service needed to run defrag is not running.
 
Typing "defrag" from the run box doesn't work, but selecting Disk Defragmenter from Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools does work. Try that Mucho.
