Definitive way to tell if my vision tek GF2MX memory is 6 or 7 ns?

I've read some stuff, but noone seems to know for sure. Anyone know how you can tell?

On the memorychips it should say something like "tc 6" or "tc 7".

VisionTek's GeForce 2mx uses 7ns SDRAM.

overclock it. if it wont make it much past 6ns speed, it's probably 7ns.

VisionTek will allow you to get a replacement. My VisionTek arrived the other day with 6ns ram. Hit 210 with no problems.
