Decided to cook spaghetti and meatballs tonight. Could have been a quick fix if I went with pre-made store-bought garbage, but I decided to use my chef skills and go all out. Been cooking 3 hours now and still not ready. :(

Of course there is nothing like homemade tomato sauce, meatballs, garlic bread, and pasta.

Takes some time to get the sauce to the proper consistency as well as prepare/cook the meatballs and garlic bread.

True, but seriously... 3 hours? Next time start cooking the sauce and meat simultaneously, by the time the meat is browned you can add the two together and let it all simmer. Noodles and bread cook fast... i'm thinking ~1.5hrs. to 2hrs. tops...? Faster if you cook up a grip of meatballs in advance and freeze them for future use...
