Defense Grid new content

FYI, Defense Grid has just release some new downloadable content for free. So anyone that has it check it out. Anyone that doesn't I would highly recommend this game if you like tower defense type games.

I own it, just did a Steam update and did not see any updates for Defense Grid. Imma go download it right now.
Whats it got?

I right click on it. Says its got something called Borderlands for DLC. I follow the link. I get a page saying there is no downloadable content for this game.

Support for DLC is enabled. Check out the new FREE DLC pack, Borderlands! Four challenging levels new to Steam players.

Upgraded leaderboard performance - Defense Grid now uses the official Steam leaderboards. Unfortunately, this change resets all existing leaderboard entries, but the good news is that all of the leaderboards are wide open and waiting for your high scores to post. Defend the cores and show others how good you are.

Corrected a bug in which Cannon towers would sometimes fire twice as often when using fast forward.

Fixed an issue in which AI audio would still play even if the Voice Over volume was turned all the way down.

Fixed an issue that prevented the Voice Over volume slider from responding to mouse input.

The Achievements button on the Main Menu will now take the user directly to their stats and achievements page for Defense Grid.

Noticed that DG updated a few days ago. Just started the game and saw that the new DLC is installed.

OK, the DLC was automatically installed. Looks like it gives you a short but challenging campaign, and I think the command tower is new. Either that or it was autoinstalled a long time ago and I never noticed.

Command is not new. It was there on mylast play through. It might be the last new tower you get though.

Yeah, command tower is the last tower you get, it isn't new.

...I would highly recommend this game if you like tower defense type games.

I have been rather neutral on Tower Defense type games. I have played a few but nothing really kept me that interested for any length of time. Until now...

Defense Grid really is a fantastic little game. I just bought it today and I am having a blast. Even if you never have been a big fan of tower defense games I would recommend downloading the demo and giving it a try.

PSA:

The latest update fixes ATI issues with performance.
It must be the game patch, cuz I havent downloaded any new drivers and the problems are gone.
