Defense Grid 2

The first one is my favorite TD of all time.

Hidden Path is requesting backing, and this game could definitely be worth it.

Note:

250K = New story expansion
500K = Multiplayer and new engine.

I don't think it will make it to the 1 million mark to actually make DG2. I absolutely love Defense Grid and want the second one really bad, but I'm not going in on the kickstarter for it because it probably wont get to that level to make it and I rather not spend $15 on an expansion that will be cheaper and a new engine, I doubt it will even get to the third tier for a level editor.

They should of simply made it that they need 1 million and given all the stuff if they hit it. That way people who want DG2 could do the $15 and if it didn't reach the goal, no biggie the cash isn't taken.

I liked DG lots, and got all the DLC for it. I wasn't too keen on the last one though, taking your towers away and all the other stuff was a nice attempt at doing something different, but I found it annoying.

Me too. The first few levels in that expansion were okay just for additional maps, but once they turned cutesy it got old real fast.

I wish I could have gotten in on the 20 dollars one, since I dont have you monster yet.

I guess I could do the same for 30... but that seems steep for maybe no DG2
