Defeat

"Poll:" is automatiaclly put in when you create a poll for the thread. You may want to remove that from the title or put in a poll.
 
didn't create the thread as a poll. It was an experiment to see if sticking the word poll in the title and adding a load of exclamation marks would get me some responses.
Clearly the experiment was a success.
 
hmmmm, don't think point of view has much to do with it. True, the responses so far aren't relevant to the question, but that doesn't change the fact that I've got a response.
 
I did originally, but now I'm kind of interested in what gets you responses. If anyone has anything to add on the monitor subject, go for it.
 
For a 19" monitor, thry this one. It is a Dell 19" Trinitron monitor flat screen and is a very good monitor. It is $450, so close to your mark. I have used this monitor for 2 years now and it is superb. Check around this board for other opinions on this monitor. I have seen many that give this monitor a thumbs up! Good Luck! 😀
 
don't know if they'll have it cheap on the US page - I'm looking at the UK one.
Actually, when you add postage and tax to the one on the outlet page, it's more expensive than on the normal dell shop.
