Default Window Location change?

i just got a second monitor and am running dual VGA, i was wondering how i could tweak the reg or something so that windows dont pop up right in the center of the screen, as it makes them hard to read. how do i change the default window location? looked all over google and found nothing...

Are you running 2 Video cards or a card that supports 2 monitors? Most video card drivers have some settings that you can set for that if you use a video card that supports multi-monitors.
