I don't remember how to do that. But my friend refer to his RH 7.2 box thorough web browser and able to see the default page on his box...
How can I do this?
 
If I understand you correctly you'll need to start apache. Do "service httpd start" as root. Also, you can run 'ntsysv' and check the 'httpd' box and it will start apache on boot. This is assuming you have it installed of course.
