Default voltage for a Duron 650?

Original Durons were 1.5volt default. After week 31 some Durons showed up with 1.6volt default. The way to check is to decode the serial # or decode the settings on the L7 bridges. Can't rememer the digit in the # but I think Anand has shown it, maybe in the 750 Duron Article.
