default Vdimm value?

2.5V for DDR. 3.3V for SDR.

However some memory types call for more V like mushkin recommends 2.8 or 2.9 for mine.
 
some ocz and geil ddr are power hungry.

even though default listed is at 2.5 or 2.6 you actually need to set them at 2.65 or 2.7 for stock use and not even for overclocking.
