I posted this a couple of days ago in the "Technical Support" forum. I guess maybe it really belongs here instead.
Here's the situation. I have a Win2k domain using Group Policy, and I need to reset the permissions on all folders under the "Documents and Settings" folder to their default permissions (ie. %username%, administrator, and system with Full Control, and nobody else listed). This would include clearing the "inherit permissions" checkbox from the security settings.
Here's the problem. There are over 3000 computers in my domain. So, I would rather not have to do it manually on all those workstations. I have set my Group Policy to fix any newly created profiles. The problem is for existing profiles.
Any... Really, ANY suggestion will be appreciated.
Thanks to all who take the time to help.
