If I weren't to overclock at all what memory would I need... DDR2-533?

That's what I think, but newegg is showing FSB of 800. 😕

You have options...the chipset at default fsb has different mmory ratio options 533/667/800

take your pick.

Yeah, but stcok 1:1 would be 533.

Stock is whatever memory type you have installed. 1:1 is NOT stock if you buy 667Mhz memory.

Intel specifies 533/667/800 for memory speeds AT STOCK SETTINGS

There's a reason you have those options in the BIOS and it's NOT overclocking to run DDR2-800.
