My stepmother bought a new phone yesterday (LG G2), prior to that she had never used an Android Device and did not have any Google accounts. We created a Google account on her computer prior to buying the phone, but when I logged into Google from the phone and went to the play store nothing was listed in the My apps section, not even the default Google apps preinstalled on the phone (chrome, maps, play music, etc). Also none of these apps were updating even though auto update was turned on.

I was able to search for the apps in the store and they showed up as installed there, once I clicked on update the app showed up on the my apps screen.

Is there any way to load all of these on to her account at once or do I need to go through and look up each manually on the play store and update them one by one?
