Default Explorer window size

How do I change the default window size in Explorer (Win 2k) so that I don't always have an unecessary scrollbar along the bottom of the window when I'm clicking through folders. I assume the setting is in the registry somewhere, but I need someone to point me in the right direction.

Thanks

close all other ie windows, you open the window you want, resize it to the size u want, and close the window. It should stay like that.

i know there are switches that you can apply to the shortcut like "/f" or "/u" however you will have to search the ms site for them.
