Default Desktop With Dual Monitor Setup?

Hello all,

I am wondering if there is a way (since I have a plasma AND LCD hooked up to my CPU) to have windows launch ONE application (Being my TV media Center app) on the plasma but all the rest of the applications on the LCD monitor? Or is it just the setting of "Default monitor" in the display preferences that is all you get?

Use a 3rd party app to manage the multiple desktops. Most video card software will do it to some extent... I use the one provided by nVidia, but obviously you might want to go with someone else if you aren't using an nVidia card

Sweet, yeah I'm using an ATI ALL IN WONDER. Do you have a recommendation as to what software to use? Thanks!

I think their Hydravision software that comes with the card with do this. However by far the best multi-monitor software ever was Matrox Powerdesk. I only wish it would work with my ATi cards.

Check out Ultra mon at Ultramon.com. If your running multi-mon, it's worth the price to register....
