Default CD Player

just make sure that your audio cd cable is connected to your sound card. then you can play audio cd's and hear them thru your computer speakers.
 
i know, but i have the soundblaster platinum 5.1 and it changed my default to creative playcenter, which sucks bigtime
 
go to your folder options and file types and set it back to open with the default cd player. i believe cd files are CDA files.
