Default 6800GT speeds 376/1.06

Using coolbits, I see that my default speeds are 376 core and 1.06 memory. Is this normal to be faster than the 350/1000 that is spec'd?

No. Did you tell coolbits to automatically overclock to the highest frequency it likes?

No, that was the first time I looked at it. I still hand the no overclock button checked.
I'm not sure what to make of this. Coupled with my low 3dmark 03 scores (only 8800), I'm thinking maybe something is wrong with my card.

those clocks are due to your motherboard, jus go over to ur bios, then cell menu, then change high performance mode to regular or somethin jus make sure its not on optimized

It's on optimized, so that explains it. Thanks.
But are you saying I shouldn't do that? (set the MB Bios to optimized)

i dont do it im not 100% sure what it does but im afraid its gonna mess up my card if you find out what it exactly does tell me im curious too. i think it adjusts the voltages or something to increase the clock
