Deer 300W PS for 1 Ghz T-Bird

I have a question concerning the PS necessary for a 1 Gig T-Bird. My power supply is a Deer 300 watt, here are the other listings:
5V - 25A
3.3V - 14A
165W TOTAL OUTPUT
Is this good enough, or will I have to buy another power supply?

I run a T-Bird 1.1Ghz on a 250 watt PSU that came with my case. No problems.

I run 1 gig on a two year old 200watt ps- no problems so far.

deer PSUs are POS, sorry, they are the cheapest out there.

the 300 watt deer is on the approved list for 1 ghz so you should be fine

Deer may be crap, but since its 300watt and approved just save your money and use it, its fine, if you must spend money to replace the deer, either get the antec 300 from onvia.com $38. or whisper enermax 330 from phamcomputer.com for $64. Enermax is quieter and cools better but antec is a better value and still top notch, but save your money and keep the deer.

I checked AMD's recommended power supplies and Deer wasn't on there. There was a Deep Power supply, but no Deer.

Every powersupply can't be checked, its too much work, any 300 watter should work, like I said before save your money and just use it approved or not.
