Tempura, but dont do tempura chicken, it doesn't turn out well. If you deep fry chicken, make sure it is breaded, or it may turn out dry.

MMMM, fried foods. I would live off of fried cheese curds, fries, fried fish, potato skins, you name it - but I wouldn't live very long. It's one thing that I want but deny myself - it'd be too unhealthy.

oh, and peanut oil is one of the best frying oils, but it is expensive compared to other oils.

P.S. - why is everything that is so delicious also unhealthy? There seems to be a general inverse relationship between taste/desirability and good nutritional value (with a few exceptions).
