Deep Cool Support is Pathetic. Need Socket 2011 Mounting Kit.

long story short. bought a new deep cool assassin cooler a while back. and it was missing the 2011 mounting. at the time. only needed 1155 mounting so it was not a big deal it being missing.

now want to move this cooler to a 2011 motherboard. the "double screw bolt" is now needed.

the original vendor has no way of getting the necessary parts from the oem. and deep cool support themselves is beyond pathetic.





anyway. if you own a deep cool cooler and does not own a socket 2011 motherboard.
you should have the 4 bolts collecting dust.

may I please have it.

here is the reference. need part #11. there should be 4 bolts.

It may be quicker to head to a hardware store and pick up some bolts, washers, and nuts. All you really need to pay attention to is have a bolt head shorter than the mb risers, the spacers between the mb and the bracket, and the length of the bolt.

Also, if you haven't already, drop a line to Deep Cool, then may just send you the bolts.

In the past I purchased a section of threaded rod and cut when needed etc.
I also had a collection of small machined washers that made great spacers when needed.
Over the years I found many discontinued complete water block install kits in online stores.

deep cool is no help. they are pathetic. more like don't care. they already got the money.

this is why this thread exist to ask if anyone have the parts lying around.

this will be the last hsf from deep cool for me and anyone I know.



given my previous experiences with another hsf manufacturer (you all know who it is). they would have send me the 4 bolts for nothing. so instead of coming here to ask the community for the parts. would be giving that other manufacturer positive feedback about awesome after sale support.
