yeah, we went through this last year, no big deal. anyone can tell what he's saying.

I can't. It seems like anyone with half a clue would look at each game and decide which team will win and hence which other team will lose. If you're not looking at the complete schedules you might as well pick numbers out of a hat.

That would take a lot more time to actually go through every single game. My records are a rough estimate of where I think each team will end up. If I'm 5 games off over the entire league....I'm not really that worried about it. If you are, you're just nitpicking for the sake of being an ass.

so the chargeres win on the road against the pats in january and you still got a hard-on for carson palmer? ok....
The Chargers have a lot of potential. If Rivers can pick his game up they're among the best. As for Palmer - yea, I do still like him, it isn't his fault his supporting cast can't keep up.

Add me to the long list of posters who salute you for having the coyones to "open yourself up to scrutiny."

To do so either takes the serenity and equanimity of a highly evolved yogic master or the sneeringly dismissive disregard for others' opinions that only an angry anti-social alcoholic recluse like yourself (according to various court documents and your former probation officer) could possibly muster!

I know so much depends on the health of McNabb and Westbrook, but I see the Eagles outpacing the Giants and Skins in the NFC East. No wide receivers, you say? McNabb has played most of his career with kee-rap for wideouts, anyway.

haha, thanks. And I would lean towards the latter...the thought of me as a serene yoga master...it makes me so angry....

Anyway, for the Eagles, despite their weakest receiving corps since pinkston/thrash, their offense should still be their strength. Their front seven on defense, especially their linebackers, isn't that great...and a Jim Johnson defense depends on linebacker blitzes. We'll see.

You can convince yourself that the Pats don't have the easiest schedule in the league, or that Dick Lebeau changed his hand signals from one /gameseason to the next even though he has repeatedly stated that like other cordinators he does not. If you are so ignorant about football that already believe that, you are halfway to being a Pat's fan. Just set aside any ethics or gestures of sportsmanship and the transformation is complete.

Something new this year, one defensive player will have a helmet with a reciever to take calls from the coach, no more hand signals. If you honestly believe the Pats cheating had nothing to do with that change please put down your kool-aid, you obviously don't need any more.

The Jets won't do better than 8-8. I'm pretty sure you can't win the division with that.:p

Peyton is pretty nasty when he's pissed off in the 4th quarter.

They NEED Jeff Saturday back though. The Vikings good DTs were in the backfield immediately, often before Peyton could even hand the ball off on running plays.

Why not just crown the Giants the repeat Super Bowl champs now, and spare everyone the drama of another football season.

yeah not really. They just have a QB as others said. How do you rush for like 500 yards and not score a TD?

I think the Viks are the only team with a worse QB situation than the Noodle-arm Bears. pretty sad

Then why do defensive coordinators change signals from game to game and have three different people(two fake ones) sending in signals?

How come you're not crying about Shanahan hiring lip readers which lead to offensive coordinators covering their mouths when they give offensive plays?

Alitard crying more. Nice job by those Squealers in the playoffs.

The Bills are the only team in the league right now to have beaten two playoff teams.

Of course, they both had injuries and are 0-4...but it still feels good.

Lets see what you say when they get to the meat of their schedule. They have it pretty easy until Oct 26. That's when the games begin! They have Pitt, Cowboys, Phila, Ravens, Arizona, Skins, Phila, then Dallas.

Lets see what you think after Dec 14.:p

...k, so I get that you think that's funny because I'm a Cowboys fan, but I think most would still agree that the Browns are better than the Rams. So....uh....try harder.

Yeah, these next few weeks will reveal if the Giants are contenders or pretenders. Tough ass schedule for the remainder of the season.
Could be worse. . .could be a Cowboys fan.

that's why its so funny :p

However I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Rams actually turn things around and have a better season than the Brownies.

People who thought the Browns were supposed to be good this year were fooled by an overachieving team that should still be in a building phase even this year (and possibly next) thanks to one of the easiest schedules ever (last season), and now they have one of the toughest schedules (this season).

Same is true of the Steelers...both teams are 5-1 and each probably needs to win that game as much as the other considering whats coming up on their schedules...granted, it is an out of conference game so the loss wouldn't be as bad as future games, but it is something that could have a major impact on confidence and momentum.
