Best I could find is $50 per month + setup fee. What is the lowest preferrably with an included control panel. It's looking like wtih control panel and at least 1000GB of bandwidth per month I'd need at least $100/month.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Trav

Servermatrix.com and Cyberwurx.com probably have what you're looking for, keep an eye on this forum for hot deals.

At that price range you may want to consider a nice VPS though.

Can you explain the control panels such as Centos, etc? Do I need WHM with Linux or not?

EDIT: meaning can I control my site without a fancy control panel?

Trav, it depends on what you plan to do. A cpanel of some sort is invaluable if you plan on reselling and hosting a bunch of domains. Granted, you can learn to script all the things that the cpanel < or whm or whatever> does for you, but that takes both time and linux skill.
If you plan on some sort of game server, single site, or monolithic application, then a cpanel is a waste, IMO.
You can get help setting up those sorts of things. A one time setup fee is very cheap compared to $50 a month for a license.

I want to be able to administer new accounts/resell the space. My current server/host sucks so I am considering some other options.

I couldnt have said it any better.. I would PM him here or on AIM. He manages my servers for I-Hacked.com, and I am 200% happy that I went with him. He worked with me finding me the best hardware for my budget.. Just get ahold of him and tell him what you need/want and how much you can spend.. He will hook you up

Zolty - LiquidWeb is worth every penny but that's almost DOUBLE his original budget.

And it doesn't include a control panel.

True that costs more.

What is this dedicated server for? For your "web hosting business"?

If you're willing to spend that much, I'd consider getting a dedicated server from Idologic.com, ask them if they have something a little cheaper than what they list since their servers start a little higher.

Good luck you're going to need it.

You're best off getting a solid dedicated server like from CyberWurx.com and learn how to manage the dedicated server yourself. Not only do you have total control it's cheaper as well, as you don't have to pay for server management.
