Dedicated iRacing PC Build - Australia

Hello, I would like to build a PC that can run iRacing (and only iRacing) at 60fps using 720p or 1080p (preferably 1080p). I don't mind what graphical settings but I want it to look half decent, not bad.

Would this build do what I want to do?

I already own the operating system and hard drive.

If the build isn't good enough will adding at least an R7 250 or an R7 260X Graphics Card work?

iRacing has very mild system requirements, so if you're looking for the most inexpensive build, then what you have listed will work fine.

The only change I would recommend would be to get some faster memory and two DIMMs for dual-channel operation. The Richland IGP scales quite well with memory bandwidth so you want to optimize that as much as possible. This G.Skill DDR3 2133 8GB kit for $105 looks good to me.
