Dedicated gaming server with high bandwidth

I need a little help i was think of getting a dedicated server so I can host the game Tribes 2. I obviously want a low ping, high bandwidth etc...
are there companies that provide this service? I could use my own computer but the bandwidth leaving my computer is much less than the amount i receive ( ADSL) I would like a server that has upload and dowload speeds that are equal. i know my expectations are high but this is what i want. Should i start with a local ISP and ask if i can "borrow" some of their bandwidth for my server??? i am not sure where to go with this

Symetrical Digital Subscribers Line (SDSL)

It has upload and download speeds that are equivelent.

You can go 2 ways.

1) Let them know you want to run a server. Probably pay a LOT more and maybe even told NO.
2) Do it behind their backs and hope they dont check log files.

If he does number 2 he would be arrested if for some type of crime that I can't classify at the moment .

Btw, how do you *borrow* bandwith without the ISP knowing? Can you tap into their service or something?
