decisions... Epox or Iwill (maybe Asus...)

confused yet.. hehe

ok here it goes... i am building 2 systems for sale... i have alotted myself $200 for mobo and ram... these are gonna be althon 1.2GHz systems (or close to that best bang at the time of purchase) the memory is coming from crucial 256MB (CAS2 if SDRAM or DDR...) that sets me back around 55 bux which leaves about 145 for the mobo... now here comes the real question what mobo... here are the contenders (priced w/ shipping...)...
1. EPOX EP-8K7A ...$126
2. EPOX EP-8K7A+ ...$150
3. IWILL KK266 ...$112
4. IWILL KK266-R ...$127
5. ASUS A7V133 ...$134
these systems will not be using raid so throw out #2,4,5 for a second you are down to DDR vs SDR... what do you think? ... people have stated that there will be more upgradability w/ DDR... i beg to differ (there will infact be the same since a DDR mobo doesn't have anything special other than DDR...) but then again the performance cost is a measly $14... then again i have built computers w/ the kt133a w/ no probs (where the asus comes in)... then again it is the same building w/ either one...
ok the next thing i want to consider is 686B... you all know what i am talking about... for now i don't forsee a sb live being put in these since 4 of them have built in audio (which would be plenty for these people...) so do i need the extra controller or not... if i get one w/ an extra controller i will set up everything on it not the onboard stuff...
ok now #1,2(although slightly out of the price range... onboard audio is already ther...),3,4 are my main choices...
DDR or SDR??? and RAID or NO-RAID???
what would be your choice if in this situation???
i ask that you keep your answers to one post... don't refute what other people post... just put down your own thoughts...
i am pretty experienced so i can weed out the bad posts myself
if there is something incredibly pressing you may post again but i don't want an arguement here just your own thoughts...

Ok, if you are not going for raid, you can consider MOBO's based on KT133E chipset. Both Abit and asus have them out and are below $100. Officially they only support cpu fsb of 100( just like KT133) but there are reports(at least for the Abit boards) that they overclock to close to 145 fsb.
Again, if I had to buy a system today, I would go for DDR based system just because it would be easy to sell once Nforce is released without loosing too much money.
