This is through my company, and I have no choice for vendors... so with HDD, and fans and cd/dvd burner and a floppy, that should put me at around $1000. (shiet... forgot about PS and case)
 
i would go for B on both of those, and good choice on the vidcard, i'm an nvidia guy but for the price/performance that's your choice
 
OK... so I've decided on the Althon64 3K+, but would the supplied cooling fan be sufficient? Of course every one will say get a better cooling fan, but what?
