I have picked up two chips from the supplier, all he had in stock today where can I get the info to analyse the part/serial numbers?

This is what I got, one seems to end in UPBW and the other DPFW any idea of the difference?

AO800APT3B/AFFA0030DPFW

AO800AMT3B/AFFA0032UPBW
