Deciphering Nero error message

I just got an error message from Nero that said "Focus or tracking error." Of course, the program's oh so helpful Help files didn't do crap, and now I turn to the AT forums. Any idea what this means? Thanks in advance.

Hmm... never heard of that error.
i often get "track servo error" ... most of the time it happens after like 80% - 90% burn progress, and it's really a pain and my cdr will give me a new frisbee to play with....

never found out what it means either....
