I live in a very dusty area and have used filters on my machines before, this time Im building a gaming rig in a cm elite 130, this case has obviously less airflow however im not overclocking and will be using a blower style gtx 770 to exhaust the air out, ill be pulling fresh air in through the ps so the ps wont be adding to the heat of the system,

anways wondering if its better to keep the dust out, which obviously increased temps, but the filters reduce airflow I have heard 25 percent, one dude said 50 but im not sure, or should I leave it open for better ventilation and just use canned air once a month.

btw the kit below is 38 bucks which is almost the cost of the case, course using canned air regularly over time im sure will match or exceed that price.

I am a big fan of dust filters. Clean them occasionally and they will not restrict much airflow at all and certainly far less than if the fins on your heatsinks inside the case get clogged and do not allow airflow across them to cool your CPU/GPU.
