Deciding which OS to boot with a floppy

Hi,
I'm currently dualbooting oneof my current computers with Linux and Windows 2k. Since the computer has no screen I'm wondering if there's a way to setup a floppy that'll make the computer boot to Windows if it's in, and if it's not in boot to Linux?
Also, I'm soon geting a USB flashdrive, would it be possible to set up it to acts likewise?

Thanks in advance

Sure.

Configure the computer to boot linux.

Create a W2K boot floppy that boots windows (format a floppy under W2K, copy ntldr, ntdetect.com, and boot.ini to it and point boot.ini to the right place).

Set BIOS boot order to boot floppy first.

To boot Linux, boot with no diskette.

To boot Windows, put in the diskette.

Problem solved.
