I am looking to purchase one of these but I am not sure which one...is the 35w 2400+ the best to overclock with or will the 2500+ or 2600+ be the best option...here is my system configuration...

Epox 8RDA3+ Rev. 3.2
1GB Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PRO 2.5-3-3-6
Thermalright SP-97 w/ 92mm Panaflo & AS5
Antec NeoPower 480w PSU

That is what I will be overclocking with...any suggestions or will they all do about the same?

I have the 2400+ 35w mobile, but I have an A stepping. The newer I steppings overclock a lot better at low voltages. At 2.4 ghz I need 1.85 voltage! The 2400+ 35w is a great overclocker, but make sure you get an I stepping!

If I order from Newegg how do I know what stepping the chip will be...?

you wont. Excaliberpc.com picks out specific steppings for $$. Their hand picked cpus generally cost 10$ extra.

I only see I stepping for the 2600+ at excaliberpc. Which should I go for? the 35W 2400 w/ A stepping or the 45W 2600 w/ I stepping?

from what i've seen, the A stepping of the 35 watters are better than the I stepping of the 35 watters. The best overclock would be the 2600 45 watter I stepping though, and you can get that at newegg..

I vote for the 2600+ mobile (45 watt) with an IQHA stepping. Get 'em at excaliberpc.com.
