Deciding on a Motherboard

Hey, I'm working on building a computer for Digital Music, PVR functionality, and very little gaming. I've basically came up with these two motherboards, however, feel free to make suggestions that I don't have listed.

Biostar Board

Asus Board

The Biostar looks solid and is cheaper. It also has onboard video so I wouldn't have to buy a video card. This of course is going to make my gaming be non-existant, but that isn't a big problem.

The ASUS board looks very nice, but the lack of onboard video makes me leary because I'm looking at an extra $100 to get a decent Video Card. Anyway, my set-up with be this.

P4 2.6 Socket 478
Hauppage WINTV 150
Corsair Value RAM 1GB
WD 80GB HD
Samsung 120 GB HD
Enermax 370 Watt PSU
Cooler Master Cavalier 3 Case

I already own the P4 or I'd definetly go AMD. That is why I'm looking at socket 478 boards.
I just burnt up the old board, so I'm shopping for a new one and upgrading some old parts.

i would get the asus over the biostar thats for sure. im still using my socket 478 intel board. i have the abit ic7-g max2 advance. i might be a little more then the asus board but it is indeed solid. if your gonna pick out of those two get the asus. they make good boards. you can get a video card for less then hundred bucks. gotta shop around though. onboard video sucks pretty bad not to mention it might take from you ram and use pc cycles.
