Deciding on a Case..Need Your Suggestions

The reviews I have read for the 4Q Full tower are nice mostly good. I'm building a new system shortly and want to know what would be good for overclcokign a duron 700@950. I was thinking about the enlight 7237 case but I don't know if its good enough for this kind of overclocking. This case seems a bit better but I would want t something worth the buck. I also don't have much to spend, so i don't know what to get. I only have about $80 to spend. What do you guys think? any suggestions?
 
How many external and internal bays do you need? If it fits your needs I am partial to the Fong Kai 603 which AnandTech reviewed about a year ago. Price is about $80 shipped with a 250 watt PS. Another choice is this Antec which has a 300 watt and is only $70 with free shipping from Onvia if you select the standard shipping option.
