No it is older. I saw the info about 4.10 and Ryzen today. So I will burn a new USB-stick.
Funny thing is that my Fedora 32 bit even older on an SSD is working with Ryzen.
But 64 bit should give better performance.

You could give Manjaro Linux 17.0 a shot. That should work.
