Deciding between 2 refubed machines for light/mid gaming

Right now i'm looking @ a Dell gx620

Right now i am either looking to put in either this video card

They are both low profile.
Anyways, hoping you guys can guide me thru this.

and YES! i am on an extremely tight budget right now so nothing over maybe $280 USD if you want to make any suggestions.

Well that all depends on what you mean by light to mid gaming. What games are your currently planning to play? Cause neither of those 2 cards are going to be anty good at gaming. Your budget doesn't have room for a decent card neither does the case cause most decent cards are not low profile cards. Then you have the problem of power. a decent card will likly force you into a new PSU as well. But it all depends on the games you play.

Emulation (n64/ps1/2)

This computer is to run around with for about a year or two.

I'm looking to upgrade away from this:

OptiPlex Gx260
2.26 p4
1gb ram DDR
fx5500

It would be a much better choice than your first option, although the second option might be slightly faster.

Even better would be to get the Emachines, and drop in an E5200 CPU, and then throw in a decent gaming card. A 3450 or 4350 isn't going to cut it.
