Decent Video Transfer Product? for analog camcorder

I have firewire, and usb inputs on my computer, and my camcorder, has rca cables. i want to be able to transfer video from it onto my computer. i was looking at the Dazzle digital video creator 80 (Video capture resolutions: 352 x 288 $53), the ADS USB Instant Video (Video capture resolutions: 640 x 480, 352 x 288, 320 x 240, 240 x 180 $55), and the Manhattan USB Video Capture Device ($60). i dont need something of very high quality, just something that will work, and that comes with decent software. i run windows ME. thanks!
