Decent tv capture card?

I am looking for a decent tv capture card. I currently have an aiw 7500 which does what I want, but am thinking about changing video cards. And I want to seperate the tv tuner/capture from the video card. So what is a relatively enexpensive capture card? Perhaps somethoing that will also work with linux natively? Captureing to mpg4 would also be nice. Also I would want to capture FM stations if it is available.
