Decent Speakers for ~$50?

Those Labtec's actually look like a pretty good deal.

Do what they said and buy two of them 😛

I bought a pair of altec lancsing's (dunno wut model # they are) from a local shop for $35 with a $5 rebate. They sound terricfic for speakers in this price range. These little babies are almost as good as the more expensive atlec lancsing ATP3 which costs more, the satelites are as good as the ATP3's but the sub is not as pounding as the AT3's.😀

get the labtec pulses...i had them and altec lansing avs 300....labtec's subwoofer kicked their butt.

what about for 4-speaker system (well, 5 if sub)?? the labtec pulse looked good and good price but only 2.1 speakers 🙁

i have the pulse 424's and i absolutely love them. these will definitely hold me over until i am able to afford a nice component stereo system.

they do look great but are only 2+sub. i guess i can use a second cheap pair set but i imagine a proper set of 4 would work better, and anyway not too much point having a good pair and a bad pair as end result is bad sound.

thanx

Pulse 424's are best bet...i had them before i got my logitech z560's...they rock...the bass on them is just incredible, the only better system is klipsch...or possibly logitech 340's (dunno how they compare to z560's, or 424's but they are a try)
